BPSHI Healthy Eating Tips


UC Davis BPSHI has come up with a healthy eating pamphlet to prevent Type II Diabetes within the Punjabi community. The pamphlet provided is a modified version of theirs to reach several communities in the United States. There are a variety of tips on food alternatives and exercise. Because Type II Diabetes is a large issue in the United States, it is important for us as future healthcare professionals to understand forms of prevention.
